Symptom

You want to open https://webmail., but the connection fails.

Cause

You manage your domain yourself at an external domain provider, but you have neither created the “webmail”, nor a wildcard “*” subdomain as an A record to point to your Bitpalace webspace.

Solution

Create an A record in your nameserver for the subdomain “webmail” or a wildcard “*” and let this record point to the IP address of your Bitpalace webspace. After the DNS update, it can take several hours for the changes to take effect. That is a normal behavior.
